Before quoting a single rupee, we lock the design direction. You'll see a layout sketch, a curated mood, and a clear material palette - agreed in writing.
Walk through your home before we build it. Detailed 3D renders for every room, paired with a line-by-line cost sheet. No "miscellaneous" line items. No surprises later.
Your cabinetry, wardrobes, and modular units are built at our own Peenya factory. Weekly photos, audited quality, and a fixed dispatch date.
Our own installation team - not subcontractors - fits every cabinet, every light, every handle. A dedicated supervisor stays on-site for the entire installation window.
A formal walk-through, a digital handover pack with every material and hardware spec, and a 1-year service warranty. Most of our clients hear from us again - within the first year.

Always. Our studio has full-size samples of every laminate, veneer, marble, quartz and hardware option. We never proceed to production without physical sign-off on every finish.
Yes - across Karnataka. We have active project teams in Mysuru, Mangalore, Hubballi, Belagavi, and Coorg. All design is done in Bangalore; installation supervisors travel.
Up to a point. Changes are easy and free until the production stage. After production starts, we'll quote any change order honestly and tell you what it does to the timeline.
